About paying once.

Why a one-time purchase and not a subscription?

Because the Ferber method is a one-week program, not a habit you keep paying for. You pay once and the full program stays unlocked on your Apple ID. No monthly bills for a week of sleep training.

Is there a free trial?

Not a timed one. Instead, Night 1 is free, with no card and no payment. You run a real night with the timer and decide afterwards. Nothing turns into a charge unless you choose to buy the full program.

What does $29.99 cost outside the US?

$29.99 is the US price. Apple sets the equivalent price for other countries, and the App Store shows you the exact local price before you confirm.

Does it work with Family Sharing?

Yes. If you use Apple Family Sharing, one purchase covers your family group, so your partner can unlock the program on their own iPhone too.

I got a new iPhone or reinstalled the app. Do I pay again?

No. Sign in with the same Apple ID, then tap Restore purchases on the unlock screen or in Settings. The restore guide has the details.

Can I get a refund?

App Store purchases are refunded by Apple, not by us. You can ask at reportaproblem.apple.com. The refunds page walks you through it.

If it does not work for you.

Night 1 is free, so you can see how Ferber feels before you pay anything. If you buy the full program and it is not right for your family, refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple through reportaproblem.apple.com. We cannot issue App Store refunds ourselves, but we are happy to help. The refunds page walks you through the steps.

What we will not charge you for.
